On 15th March at Delhi WORLDWIDE ACHIEVERS- ASIA EDUCATION SUMMIT 2016 awarded to “NATIONAL ACADEMY OF FIRE & SAFETY ENGINEERING, NAGPUR”- as a “BEST FIRE & SAFETY ENGINEERING COLLEGE OF INDIA.” The award is given by Mr. Upendra Kushwaha (Minister of State for Human Resource Development Govt. of India) and Kiran Kher (Member of Parliament & Film Actress) to the Honorable President of NAFS Shri. Sushant Kumar and Honorable Principal of NAFS- Mrs. Anjali Meshram. More than 500 Fire & Safety Engineering Colleges of India participated in this award but NAFS, NAGPUR earned such a great award at National Level. It’s being a huge achievement for Nagpur and Institute too. From 2008 NAFS is working in the field of Fire & Safety and more than thousands of students are working in this field for Nation. Nagpur is known for Best Training Centre for Fire & Safety in India. Students from all states come at Nagpur for doing this Course. For the first time, one of the Best Institute of Nagpur is got such a Big Award which represents Nagpur at a National Level. Not only for the NAFS but also for the students those who wanted to do their career in this field will get the different source of energy by this Award. The program was held at Hotel Ashoka at Chankyapuri, New Delhi with the presence of Mr. Upendra Kushwaha (Minister of State for Human Resource Development Govt. of India), Mr.M.S. Bitta (Chairman Anti Terrorist), Kiran Kher (Member of Parliament & Film Actress), Divya Dutta (Film Actress) and Honorable President of NAFS Mr. Sushant Kumar, Principal Mrs. Anjali Meshram, Mr.Pruthwinandan Ramteke, Mr.Parimal Madavi.
